How much does it cost? Our therapy sessions are charged 150 Fr.- and are not covered by health insurance. We also propose reduced rates to people facing financial difficulties.
How long does each session last? Sessions duration varies depending on the specific needs of the situation. The first session usually lasts about one hour.
How brief is brief therapy? The therapy process will not go beyond 10 sessions if no tangible result has been noticed by the patient (which thanksfully remains a very rare occurence). Some therapies will go beyond the 10-session mark, in order to help consolidate the change.
How often will we meet? The sessions frequency is discussed during the first appointment depending on the situation and will progressively increase, as the symptoms start improving.
