Sleep problems

Sleep problems (insomnia, night terror, difficulty in falling asleep...) often emerge within a stressful personal and professional context and are quite frequently associated with anxiety or depressive disorders.

Hence, the therapeutic work consists in revealing the underlying emotions (anxiety, fear, despair...) and helping patients find new ways of managing these emotions in order to gradually regain a more restfull sleep.
