IGB's Center for Systemic and Strategic Intervention offers individual and team coaching services to help its clients solve the problems they face within their organization :
- conflits and difficult relationships
- lack of motivation
- performance issues

- emotional problems (fear, anger, anxiety, lack of confidence...)
- unsatisfactory career development
- work/life balance issues...
Our « ecological & strategic coaching » approach, derived from the Palo Alto « brief therapy » model, is very well suited for resloving recurrent issues within companies and organizations, for the following reasons :
- A brief intervention (about 5 to 10 sessions). Our approach aims at inducing a different way of approaching the difficulty from the first session.
- A pragmatic approach centered on the issue at hand and the search for solutions. Our approach has been used successfully in the swift resolution of very serious individual and interpersonal problems.
- A systemic approach, respetful of the person's ecology. Taking into consideration the systemic aspects of the problem, especially when the coaching is requested by a third party, helps address the complex interpersonal issues of the situation.
- A strategic approach. The coach's interventions are designed to meet one goal: the resolution of the problem and the satisfaction of his clients. The coach is able to calibrate his strategic direction at every step of the process, depending on the produced results. All the resources of communication are used to help our clients go towards a satisfactory solution and learn useful lessons for the future...
